Gratitude: being thankful and showing appreciation for something received, either tangible or intangible.
It is difficult to dispute that living our lives with Gratitude is preferable to a life of complaining and judging. Yet many of us still cling to the idea that negativity has some purpose; that somehow complaints and judgments will produce positive results. This, of course, is not true. When we are able to unconditionally accept the good and not so good that happens in our lives, we will begin to see that everything is an opportunity for Gratitude. Once we acknowledge and accept these opportunities that stare us in the face, the solutions present themselves to us. We just have to recognize them and be grateful.
